How to use the Seymour Travel App?
Download the Seymour App from your app store.
Sign in using your booking reference, and your personalized itinerary will automatically load.

What if my activity is cancelled by the operator?
If your activity is cancelled, you have two options:
Before the cut-off time: You can easily cancel the activity within the Seymour app yourself.
After the cut-off time: Simply send an email to help@seymour.travel, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you.
Seymour’s fast refund process ensures you get your money back quickly, so you can immediately book another experience and keep enjoying your journey!
What if I change my mind?
No problem at all! If you're before the cut-off time, simply cancel your booking directly in the Seymour app and choose something else. Seymour is designed to be completely flexible, ensuring all activities are curated to fit perfectly with your bus pass and itinerary, so you never have to worry about booking the wrong date or destination. Let Seymour handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your travel experience!
What if I am travelling with someone, but paying separately?
No worries! Each traveler will receive their own login details for Seymour, so while you’ll book separately, you can still enjoy experiences together. Whether you use the same payment card or different ones, each person will simply need to provide their own name and email address, as bookings are made individually. But don’t worry—Seymour ensures that your experiences align with your shared itinerary, so you’ll still be doing everything together. It’s all perfectly synced to match your trip, making it easy to plan while keeping payments separate!
Queenstown: Is it a Fast or Slow day?
